My name is Summer Wheat, I was quite possibly conceived on a drug binge in the late 70’s and delivered by a man named Dr. Beavers in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. I live in Ridgewood, Queens and work in Bushwick, Brooklyn. I moved to New York in 2008 from Savannah, Georgia, where I worked discreetly in seclusion for nearly 7 years in order to deeply investigate and develop my own way of doing things with painting, drawing, and sculpture.
